Doing the right thing doesn’t need to hold back your programme or impact on your bottom line.

CECA Scotland is teaming up with SEPA and SNH to help attendees develop a greater understanding of what is available during construction to achieve successful environment management on site. This event will strive to identify a route forward for all to maximise environmental protection and how construction can actually result in a net gain to biodiversity.

Valuable networking opportunities. An opportunity to share experience and ideas. It will highlight good practice saves money, saves time, protects reputation and keeps you lawful. Discussions around what is required to deliver consistent good construction practices across Scotland will mix with a series of useful and topical presentations.

The content will include:

  • Sharing good practice examples
  • Tenders, contracts and procurement
  • Biodiversity Net Gain
  • Communication strategies
  • The regulators perspective
  • Details about new SEPA Licensing Regime for Construction Sites
  • Engineering question time

The event is free and will start at 9.30am, with coffee and registration from 9am, and will finish at 4.15pm. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
