FREE CECA Review of Construction Law
CECA Scotland, in partnership with Pinsent Masons, has arranged a half-day seminar to provide a review of construction law on Thursday 3rd May in the Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld.
The seminar is aimed at senior management and will offer an opportunity to catch up on current trends in the market as well as key legal developments affecting the industry over the last 12 months and will include a look at topical procurement issues, and adjudication and dispute resolution.
The seminar programme is as follows;
