Anne Struckmeier and Peter Clyde from the team’s Edinburgh office will present a half day session on some of the key legal developments anticipated to shape the construction industry in 2020 and beyond – notably the impact of statutory changes on payment, changes to building regulations and cladding requirements and the impact of 2019 case law on industry practice in 2020.
