Fairness, Inclusion & Respect Workshop

FreeCECA Scotland is offering a FREE half day “Fairness, Inclusion and Respect” (FIR) training workshop for members on Wednesday 7th March at the Westerwood Hotel in Cumbernauld.
These workshops are designed by an Employer Leadership Group of industry experts, led by CECA and the main aims are:
1.To help make construction and engineering workplaces more inclusive and better for everyone so that every employer can:
- Attract, recruit and retain the best of all available talent
- Address skills gaps
- Capture the business benefits of diversity, including better productivity, innovation and collaboration, safer workplaces, improved reputation, and enhanced financial performance.
2. To provide the background knowledge that managers, supervisors and team leaders need to better promote fairness, inclusion and respect (FIR) in their workplaces.
- This workshop will ultimately help members to understand what FIR means, why it matters and know where to go for support to be able to progress FIR. It is for managers and supervisors.
