Summary: The course will provide a reasonably detailed explanation of the compensation events defined in the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.

If you are involved in bidding for or administering a contract based on the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract, this course will give you an increased knowledge of compensation events. Please note this course focuses on the events and not on the procedure or assessment rules, except only that the course provides a brief overview of the relationship between the events and the procedure/assessment rules.
