Time To Talk Day 2020

Time To Talk Day 2020

Thursday 6 February is Time to Talk Day.

Organised by See Me Scotland, the aim of the day is to encourage everyone to have a conversation about mental health.

In the construction sector, mental health continues to be a huge challenge, with statistics released by Construction News in 2018 (see graphic above) showing that more than half of construction workers have experienced mental health issues.

A shocking 1 in 4 working in construction have considered taking their own life.

We know that it benefits all of us to talk about mental health.
