Stop Make A Change 2019 – Get Involved!
There is still time to sign up to take part in CECA’s Stop.Make A Change initiative. This year, it will run from 9th to 13th September.
Launched in 2017, Stop.Make A Change continues to go from strength to strength. The stand down event involves sites, offices and production facilities across the UK infrastructure sector stopping work and talking about health, safety and well being in the workplace.
This year, the initiative is focusing on seven top risks. The risks have been identified by the Infrastructure Client Group and you can see them highlighted above.
CECA hope participants will use the event to cover one or more of these risks with workplace teams. Coming together to talk about what we can do at both workplace level and industry wide to collectively mitigate these risks.
Suggestions and ideas from event participants will be fed back into the working groups covering each of the issues. This will support them as they prepare action plans for each risk, to be published in 2020.
Thanks to everyone who has already sent back their commitment forms to CECA National.
