Scottish Civil Engineering Awards 2020/21
The premier showcase for engineering excellence in Scotland
Following the unfortunate postponement of the 2020 Scottish Civil Engineering Awards due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we are now seeking entries for a combined 2020/21 Scottish Civil Engineering Awards, celebrating outstanding civil engineering achievement, innovation and ingenuity in Scotland.
Jointly managed by CECA Scotland and ICE Scotland, the awards are widely recognised as the highest honour for engineering excellence in the built environment, showcasing the success of Scottish civil engineering.
The 2019 winners included the V & A Museum of Design in Dundee, the Stirling-Dunblane-Alloa Electrification Project and the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route.
The 2020/21 awards will be presented at a virtual awards ceremony around September/October 2021.

- Heritage & Restoration Award: Fort Augustus & Kytra Lock Gate Replacement
- Innovation Award: Lochmaddy Water Treatment Works
- Greatest Contribution to Scotland:V&A Museum of Design
- Building Award: The Mixed use Redevelopment of Dundee Station
- Sustainability & Resilience Award:Stronelairg & Melgarve Substations
- Infrastructure Award (Rail): Stirling, Dunblane, Alloa Electrification Project
- Maintenance & Innovation Award: Roundknowe Carbon Fibre Wrap
- Community Award: Perth Transport Futures Project
- Infrastructure Award (Roads): Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route
