Summary:     The course will provide a reasonably detailed explanation of the compensation events defined in the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.

The course aims to provide those delegates who are involved in bidding for and/or administering a contract based on the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract an increased knowledge of the compensation events.

Please note this course focuses on the events and not on the procedure or assessment rules, except only that the course provides a brief overview of the relationship between the events and the procedure/assessment rules.
