CECA Scotland 2020 Virtual Awards

We are delighted to confirm that we will be hosting the long awaited CECA Scotland 2020 Awards virtually, on Thursday 4th March at 4pm
The CECA Scotland Awards celebrate new talent in our industry and are a key highlight in the CECA calendar. After being forced to postpone not just once, but three times, we are now holding the event virtually.
The awards to be announced on the day will be:
Most Promising Apprentice
Most Promising Technician
Most Promising Trainee Quantity Surveyor
Most Promising New Entrant Trainee Civil Engineer
On the day our Chairman, David Ross of George Leslie Ltd, will be joined by our host for the ceremony, Steven Mill.
Steven is one of Scotland’s best known and loved radio presenters. Having spent 7 years waking up the country on the awarding winning Capital FM Scotland Breakfast Show, Steven is now starring on the Bauer Scotland Hits network (Clyde 1, Forth 1, Tay FM, Northsound 1, MFR, West FM and Radio Borders) drive time show alongside Garry Spence.
Steven is also host of The Big Saturday Football Show with Ewen Cameron every weekend. The Fifer is an avid Dunfermline Athletic supporter and hosts their annual Player of the Year Awards, as well as behind the scenes interviews with board members, coaching staff and players. Steven has also hosted events for MTV, the SFA, The Glasgow Commonwealth games in 2014 and various corporate annual dinners including The Herald, British Airways and Scottish Epilepsy.
