Inspiring Change Awards 2019

This year’s Inspiring Change Awards, hosted by CECA National are now open for entries.

Now in its fourth year, the awards showcase companies within the construction and infrastructure sector that have successfully created a more inclusive culture, in which all employees feel valued and respected.

Entrants should provide evidence of how your organisation recognises the value of employee and/or community engagement and that they have introduced initiatives that have achieved benefits for both the business and the community.

The Awards are a great opportunity to  raise your company profile and highlight a commitment to diversity, a culture of fairness, inclusion, and respect and active steps taken to ensure equality of opportunity in the workplace and wider community.

CECA Scotland members are invited to submit entries in the following categories:

• Inspiring Change In The Workplace
• Inspiring Change In The Community
• Inspiring Change In Education
• Inspiring Change: Project Award
• Inspiring Change: SME Award
• Inspiring Change: FIR Inspiration

The Awards are FREE to enter. Entries need to show how initiatives are aligned to company goals, made a sustainable and positive impact on the workforce or community in which it operates and have delivered positive results. The closing date for entry is Friday 12 April 2019.

Awards will be presented during CECA National’s one-day Inspiring Change Conference 2019 to be held on Tuesday 21 May 2019 at No 11 Cavendish Square, London W1G 0AN.  The conference will bring together a range of inspirational speakers from diverse backgrounds, including politicians, industry stakeholders, and representatives from a range of sectors.

How to enter:

Entrants will need to provide a case study, of no more than 500 words, which describes how your company has developed an event, intervention or resource aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, improving employability skills or access to job opportunities.
