FREE Pinsent Masons Webinar – The Recovery Position

In conjunction with Pinsent Masons, CECA Scotland will be hosting a free webinar entitled “The Recovery Position”.

This one hour webinar will take place at 1100 on 10 September 2020.  The presenters are Louise Forster, Partner, and Gillian Woodward, Legal Director, of Pinsent Masons who specialise in construction dispute resolution and deal with all modes of dispute resolution whether via court, mediation, arbitration or adjudication.

The webinar will focus on how to best to protect your business and recover from COVID-19 and will start with a recap on the contractual status quo and look at where there are likely to be strengths and weaknesses.

It will then move on to look at preserving the back-to-back position with the supply chain, and navigating progress and programme issues thrown up by the pandemic.
