In the third and final webinar in the ‘Ken yer Bairns’ series we’ll be looking at how to harness the power of divergent thinking and embracing people who think differently from yourself.

How boring would it be if we were all the same? Really quite beige, right? But our natural tendency is to seek out people who are indeed similar to us rather than different. And, even more so, we’ve a natural tendency to move away from and dismiss information from those who are different.
Yet the most successful way to solve problems is to have people from different backgrounds and experiences look at them.
Diverse teams are not just about people from different cultures; a diverse team is also age and experience differences.
