At our Inverness board meeting, which took place on the 4th of September 2025 at the RSE Offices. Mark Oakley FCIOB from Hunter Construction (Aberdeen) Limited stepped down as the Chair of CECA Scotland.
During his two-year tenure, he made significant contributions and was a tremendous supporter of CECA, for which we are immensely grateful. Mark Oakley will serve on our board as Past-Chairman for the next two years.
We are excited to welcome his successor, David Macdonald from STRABAG UK, and we look forward to working with him over the next two years.
