International Women’s Day #IWD2018

Thursday 8th March is International Women’s Day.  It’s an opportunity to celebrate the fantastic achievements of women in our industry but also to reflect on just how far we have to go before gender equality is a reality.

Just 12% of the construction workforce is female, so there’s much to be done; that’s why this year’s #PressforProgress theme is so important as we work to promote a more inclusive culture in and out the workplace.
