“Seeing things differently” – A CECA Scotland Management Development Programme

A series of six full day seminars by SODAK Ltd based on the principles of Behavioural Science, aimed at new and existing managers who wish to explore a new way to solve old problems.

A very popular management development programme, Seeing Things Differently is a repeat of the 4 programmes that have been successfully delivered since 2016.

Below you can listen to to listen to managers from CECA Scotland member companies share their experiences of how the programme has challenged and changed their approach to managing people and their business.

Unfortunately, due to changes in CITB funding criteria, this will be the last opportunity that CECA Scotland members will have to access this particular management development programme free of charge.

Please note this programme is limited to 18 spaces only (with a maximum of two representatives per member company).  All attendees must commit to attend all six seminars.

The course will run over 3 x 2 day blocks on Tuesdays & Wednesdays;
27th and 28th November
4th and 5th December
11th and 12th December.
