Summary: The course will provide a reasonably detailed explanation of the elements of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract that concern the matter of programmes.
The course aims to provide those delegates who are involved in bidding for and/or administering a contract based on the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract an increased knowledge of the information for and use of programmes and the rights and obligations that relate to the matter of programmes.

This is a full day event at the Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld, that will begin at 0830 and run through until 1530. Breakfast rolls and lunch will be provided.
